I stopped by the book store today and was exicted to find Tosca Reno's new book on the shelves. I bought three copies. I am sure I will buy more to give at Christmas.
It is $22.95 and worth every penny. She looks great as always. It has great information and great motivational stories. It is easy to read and....you may even see someone you know in it.....
I have already designed my next workout from her book. I think I have them all...keep on writing Tosca.
